However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of colors will be accurate. Product dimensions are approximate.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and either cancel the item from your order or discuss alternative arrangements.

Age Restrictions

Some products, such as Christmas Candles & Fragrance items, may have age restrictions for purchase. By ordering these products, you confirm that you meet any applicable age requirements.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it hasn’t entered the shipping process. Contact our customer service team immediately for cancellation requests.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Northlight Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original tags and packaging intact

• You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from our customer service team

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Christmas Candles & Fragrance items that have been opened or used
• Flameless LED Candles that show signs of use
• Any personalized or custom-decorated items from our Decorated Wreaths collection
• Opened Christmas fragrance products

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement items.
