Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Cost: Free for orders over $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Please Note: We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Northlight Shop purchase. If your Christmas decorations don’t sparkle with joy as expected, our hassle-free returns and exchanges policy is here to help.

Important Note: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. All returned items must be in their original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Our Customer Service Elves

    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Returns Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

  2. Wait for Authorization

    Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

  3. Package Your Items

    Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Ship your return to our address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement items.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following Christmas items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Candles & Fragrance items that have been opened or used
  • Flameless LED Candles that show signs of use
  • Any personalized or custom-decorated items from our Decorated Wreaths collection
  • Opened Christmas fragrance products
