Returns & Exchanges Process
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our Returns Request Template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Our team will review your request and email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Carefully repackage the items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.
Ship your return to our address using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following Christmas items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Christmas Candles & Fragrance items that have been opened or used
- Flameless LED Candles that show signs of use
- Any personalized or custom-decorated items from our Decorated Wreaths collection
- Opened Christmas fragrance products
